UA owns complete tooling workshop for turnkey tooling service, including mold design, production, test and maintaining. We promise for your custom shape and good user experience.
Lacquering deco is available in UA to turn plain plastic finish into matt finish, varnish, multiple colors gradient, hologram, metallization and more. What’s more, we’re able to adjust specific details like transparency, process of gradient color, heavy, light matt finish to make your product apart from others.
All outer components (i.e., cap, collar, bottle, jar, dropper bulb) can be customized with no color limit.
We provide UV ink screen printing and hot stamping.
For screen printing, there is no color limit. we're able to provide special inks (e.g., matte UV ink, clear UV ink, pearlized ink) for differentiated products.
For hot sampling, regular color options include silver and gold. Other options include rose gold, and you can also add special effects (e.g., varnish, matte, hologram) with colors.
Lead time
For blow molding: 25 days more or less.
For injection molding: 50 days more or less.

For blow molding (e.g., shampoo bottle, toner bottle), default cost is USD2,500 more or less, and specific offer will depend on your design and detail requirements.
For injection molding (e.g., cap, pump, airless), given price of molding cost will be determined with all confirmed details on shape design, component material, order quantity and others.
Blow mold: 25 days more or less.
Injection mold: 50 days more or less.
Lead time starts from the confirmation of technical drawing & 3D print of sample(s).
Free blowing mold is available when 1st time order is no less than 100Kpcs whatever SKU.
For injection mold, cost of modified version based on stock models like embossed logo is nearly half of new tooling.
Several pcs of samples can be provided for free at early project stage. (Note: Our ready-to-send samples are collected from warehouse so its color and deco are random.)
If special design like matt finish, hologram, sustainable material is needed, we gonna provide separated relating sample for reference.
For samples of a larger size (>20pcs), sample cost is going to be charged.
Once product concept is confirmed, we can make quote of custom sample according to design, quantity and other requirements then arrange production after receiving payment.
For most container models like bottle, jar, airless, MOQ is 10Kpcs supporting custom design whatever component colors, print and finish deco like matt finish.
For pump and sprayer, MOQ is 10Kpcs for plain white, black and transparent color.
MOQ is 20Kpcs when customized color is needed.
In some occasions, MOQ is available at 3Kpcs for versatile models as starter-friendly support. What’s more, custom design is also available for 3Kpcs order.

Custom sample, inspection standard and order is approved→ deposit payment→production→inspection pass→balance payment→shipment
Before mass production, we will provide samples to make sure the product can match your design in details. Without sample then the product may be quite different from your expectation, which would cause big problem in both sides.
Without pre-production sample, it may cause the gap between your expectation and the actual product while consequent problems may also take place.
To translate verbal use experience like good, bad, OK into scientific judgement, we gonna provide inspection standard including sampling rule, test items, defect level, packing method and AQL and any additional request.
For some subjective judgement items like color, we gonna provide deviation range board including lighter, standard, darker to unify criteria.
Besides common items, we accept additional request according to different design.
Besides internal inspection, customers can appoint their owned inspector or a 3rd party (e.g., SGS, TUV) to inspect.
UA headquarters is based in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, where it takes a 2hrs drive to Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
