The current pack including cap, pump and bottle are supplied by us that custom design on stock model.
To realize this new design, only cap is new tooling component, pump foam and bottle are kept.
For Baby face cream,
Although this design is new and creative, not difficult for us to design structure
Because everything is custom design, so all components are new tooling and total are 7.
Hipapa is satisfied with our solutions which realize its design without any change but only one thing stops project moving that NUMBER.
According to Hipapa’s feedback, its pricing is USD10 more or less whose budget for packaging is very limited, the current unit price is over budget.
To win this project successfully, unit price must be lower and lower tooling cost can be very competitive too.

Besides quantity of new tooling, tooling cost is determined by mold design too,
injection gate is moved from inside to outside for lower cost.
But this change doesn’t influence unit price whose key parameters like material, cycle time are same.
So unit price can’t be changed whatever any mold design.
Reducing new tooling component can realize lower tooling cost and unit price effectively.
Reduce 2 assemble process and 2 injection process
We manage to realize lower unit price and mold cost in condition of nearly invisible design change.

Make sure all print and related components be aligned.
Because whole cap is assembled by overcap, bubble and inner cap but problem is that connection parts between overcap and bubble can be seen from outside clearly.
To make sure that these connection parts won’t influence product look, we put these in side edges in front view. And to realize this fixed location, all print process and related components production are adjusted specially.
Without this special design then product look gonna be disaster.
